Japan: Toyota shows strong Dec but full-year declines

Global production at Toyota, Daihatsu and Hino jumped 28.4% year-on-year in December to 710,639 units. The biggest improvement was seen at truck subsidiary Hino, where output soared 51.1% to 7,809 units.
