Valmet Automotive and RLE International, both leading service providers to the global automotive industry, have further strengthened their existing partnership to provide a flexible one stop solution.
This partnership with its global footprint and more than 1,500 engineers has the ability to provide a unique offering covering product development, simultaneous engineering, manufacturing engineering and manufacturing services.
As part of the agreement, Valmet Automotive will form a joint venture with RLE Global Operations Ltd, headquartered in the United Kingdom, by acquiring a minority stake in the company, and RLE International will incorporate Valmet Automotive China Inc. into their international operations.
