CSC (NYSE: CSC) today announced that UXC Keystone will combine forces with Fruition Partners and Aspediens to form a leading global ServiceNow practice. With operations across North America, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, the global practice will operate under the brand of Fruition Partners, a CSC Company.
Fruition Partners is a global technology-enabled services firm dedicated to helping organizations improve efficiency and lower costs by elevating service management to the cloud. It is the largest ServiceNow partner in the world.
UXC Keystone – acquired by CSC in March 2016 – provides a better way of delivering outcomes in the Enterprise Service Management space. It offers pre-configured, best-practice ServiceNow solutions based on a proven track record. The company is also the largest ServiceNow partner in Asia-Pacific, and the only one to achieve Master Solutions Partner status in the region.
Aspediens – which was acquired by CSC in July 2016 – is Europe’s leading provider of technology-enabled solutions for the service management sector. Aspediens has achieved Preferred Partner status with ServiceNow and has excellent customer satisfaction scores.
Bringing UXC Keystone and Aspediens under the Fruition Partners banner will allow the combined company to invest more in developing new solutions and methodologies to better meet the needs of its diverse ServiceNow customer base – which will in turn enhance its position as the top global ServiceNow integrator.
Patrick Stonelake, Fruition Partners co-founder and chief growth officer, said, “This newly formed global practice creates a ‘team of leaders’ with Fruition, Aspediens and UXC Keystone and allows each to draw on the strengths of the others. The combined entity creates an unparalleled ability to guide our customers across the globe as they maximize the impact of service management on their value proposition and accelerate the value of the ServiceNow platform.”
The combined global team will have 300 certified ServiceNow consultants; 100 implementation specialists; more than 400 dedicated ServiceNow employees; over 1,200 ServiceNow customers and 2,500 completed ServiceNow projects. Most recently, Fruition Partners was named the ServiceNow partner with the largest number of deployments, with an overall customer satisfaction score of 9 out of 10.
As a truly global practice, the new entity will provide customers across the globe access to a comprehensive global portfolio of ServiceNow capabilities, access to shared research and development, training capabilities, implementation resources, and its ServiceNow knowledge base.
Neil McKinnon, head of UXC Keystone, said, “Together, as one brand, we can offer proven perspectives on the practical application of ServiceNow within the modern enterprise. Leveraging the expertise available on a global scale means that we will be able to provide the best possible outcomes for customers in each region based on best practice and real user experiences.”
