Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. today announced that Kimiyasu Nakamura, an executive vice president, has been nominated for election to the company’s board at the Nissan Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled to be held end of June 2015. Current director Mitsuhiko Yamashita will resign from the board effective immediately following the shareholder’s meeting.
