Today Nissan Manufacturing RUS announced that Dmitry Busurkin, currently RBU East Sales Director, is appointed as Datsun Director for Russia, reporting to Philippe Saillard, Managing Director, RBU East. Dmitry will replace Jerome Saigot, who recently moved to the position of Vice President, DATSUN India Business Unit, Nissan Motor India Private Limited.
In his new role Dmitry will be responsible for further development of the Datsun brand in Russia supervising marketing, PR, sales and aftersales activities for the brand.
Dmitry has been working in Nissan Motor since 2004. During this period he held the positions of Nissan product manager, product planning manager, strategy planning manager, dealer performance manager in Russia, and also worked for several years in Nissan European headquarters, before taking his current position.
