CITROËN is launching an innovative digital communications campaign for New C1, inviting people to get a close all-round look at the new model using their smartphones’ built-in gyroscope. This, the first operation of its kind from a carmaker, uses the Fyuse spatial photography application. You can check it out on http://fyu.se/u/citroën74435 and on the social networks, via the CITROËN Facebook and Tumblr pages.
As the first automaker to implement the Fyuse mobile application in their digital communications, CITROËN is taking an exciting and original approach to promoting its neat little city car, New C1, spotlighting all the car’s considerable virtues, starting with the Airscape sunroof.
The Fyuse application uses the smartphone gyroscope (which detects movement of the device) for “spatial photography” purposes. In our case, this means you can view New C1 interactively from different angles by just swiping your finger on the screen or turning the smartphone, for a novel and surprising 3D effect!
This digital communications operation, developed with the ISOBAR agency, is on http://fyu.se/u/citroën74435 and the social networks:
