At its General assembly in Madrid CLEPA appointed Mr Arnaud de DAVIDBEAUREGARD, Vice-President, Operating Officer of FIEV, as the new CLEPA President starting functions on 1 January 2014.

cooperation with our partners throughout the world. Strengthening the competitive edge of the European automotive suppliers industry is my main priority”, said
Arnaud de David-Beauregard, CLEPA President.
Arnaud de David-Beauregard has spent his whole career in the automotive industry. He was a member of the Management Board of PSA, in charge of the Mechanical Activity and Services division of Peugeot SA until 1998. After being appointed member of the Executive Committee of Faurecia, he became Executive Vice-President, Group Development, from 2000 until 2010. He is holding the position of Vice-President, Operating officer of FIEV (French automotive component industries association) since May 2010 and has been a member of the Steering Committee of CLEPA since December 2012.
In spite of the crisis the automotive supply industry remains one of Europe’s largest employer and leader in innovation. The automotive suppliers collectively employ five million people in Europe making it a major creator of wealth.
