Faurecia was recently certified one of France’s “Top Employers”—a distinction that attests to the quality of working conditions within the company, based on a questionnaire and audit covering a number of key areas such as performance management, training and development, and company culture.
Victor Neto, Faurecia Human Resources Director in France: “The ‘Top Employers 2015’ certification received by Faurecia in France highlights excellence in the working conditions we create for employees and is recognition of the commitment of HR teams in this area. It also reflects the drive to promote continuous improvement: analyzing our results and those of other certified companies should help us to identify scope for improvement and good ideas to take on board as we continue to provide better working conditions at the Group.”
Inside the Group, all of Faurecia’s business units in Germany were also certified as “Top Employers” in the automotive industry. Faurecia is set to begin the process of obtaining the label in the United States and China in 2015 to secure the distinction for 2016.
