JSC “AVTOVAZ” resumed the work after the corporate vacation that lasted from the 27th of July till 16th of August 2015. Body shop and paint shop activities was started to fill the process with cars, then the assembly lines of General Assembly will start to work according to the schedule. It needs to be reminded that LADA Vesta and LADA XRAY projects didn’t stop their activities during the corporate vacation.
During the corporate vacation there was a large-scale modernization of the process equipment, the renovation of canteens and sanitary and amenity rooms. The specialists of equipment repair and maintenance Function performed installation, modernization and operation mode set-up at 20 facilities. The total number of process equipment units repaired by maintenance service during the corporate vacation in all production divisions is 4,5 thousand units.
Ventilating equipment in LADA Kalina paint shop was set up to ensure more uniform and quality application of primer on LADA and Datsun cars. Retrofit of conveyor lines was done and the new bench for engine cold tests was put into operation in Engine plant. Retrofit of buffers and modification of the part of the route in Gear box plant.
The activity for improvement of labor conditions for JSC “AVTOVAZ” employees was carried on during the corporate vacation period. The canteens and sanitary and amenity rooms were fixed – windows, shower cubicles, bathroom equipment are being replaced, water supply, sewage, ventilation systems are being renewed. Totally it is planned to renovate 8 canteens, 15 cloakrooms and 26 sanitary and amenity rooms in 2015.
