April, 15th, AVTOVAZ Board of Directors held a meeting in absentia. The Board approved one of the key issues of the agenda – a list of the new candidates to the Board of Directors that is to be put on vote at the annual general meeting of shareholders on June 23, 2016 in Togliatti.
AVTOVAZ annual General meeting of shareholders will be asked to vote for the withdrawal of the following Board members:
- Carlos Ghosn, currently Chairman of the Board;
- Sergey Chemezov, currently Vice-Chairman of the Board;
- Vladimir Artyakov, currently member of the Board;
- Jean-Christophe Kugler, currently member of the Board;
- Bo Andersson, currently member of the Board.
AVTOVAZ annual general meeting of shareholders will be asked to vote for the following candidates to the Board:
- Denis Le-Vot, Senior Vice-President Renault for Eurasia region;
- Stefan Muller, executive Vice-President Renault, Chief Performance Officer;
- Nicolas Maure, President of AVTOVAZ;
- Eduard Vaino, Vice-President for external affairs and shareholders relations AVTOVAZ;
- Vladimir Avetisian, Vice-Chairman of the Governing Body UK ROSNANO.
