Ashish Moholkar, Senior Manager – Product Development, VE Commercial Vehicles has been confirmed as a speaker in the commercial vehicle Powertrain Innovation track at Automotive Megatrends India 2015.
Moholkar is a Team Manager with 19+ years’ experience in engine projects. He has successfully executed multiple engine projects from development stage to launch for automotive and non-automotive applications.
He has experience in development of engines, performance & emission, and application. He has hands-on experience in engine projects from 1.5L to 5.7L diesel, gasoline or CNG fuelled engines. Engine applications include passenger car, MUV, CV, Gen-set and CEV for emission norms of Euro III-IV, CPCBII, CEV-BS III.
Moholkar has worked with partners like Volvo, Daimler-FUSO, Isuzu and Ford on engine projects such as current engine design upgradation, engine performance and emission development, technology transfer, and parts localization. He has good interaction with global technical houses like AVL, Ricardo, FEV etc for engineering consultancy services and engine test facility equipment.
