Small urban cars and electromobility go together well, and Daimler's smart is hoping the combination will yield big benefits. The small car specialist is pushing ahead with its EV offensive and has announced plans to launch electric versions of its new smart fortwo and forfour late next year, featuring electric motor technology from its partner Renault-Nissan.
