Slowing sales mean sweater treatment for US buyers

Momentum in the US car market may be slowing but buyers are more satisfied in than ever. In fact, customer satisfaction levels rose for the first time in four years, according to the latest American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). The study serves as a benchmark of customer satisfaction with the quality of a range of products and services. The Automobiles Report takes on the automotive industry specifically, and the latest edition shows a 3.8% rise in customer satisfaction to 82 on ACSI’s 100-point scale.
