Automotive retail has come a long way. From uncomfortable, high-pressure sales on a dealer forecourt outside of town there are now urban pop-up shops, brand experience centres and online purchase options. Aggressive salesmen are becoming product experts as haggling is replaced by pricing transparency. Brands have shown they are willing to try new avenues to secure that sale.
