Porsche scored another victory in its legal wrangling over the failed takeover of Volkswagen AG. On 30 July the Braunschweig Regional Court in Germany dismissed a lawsuit brought by a private investor, who was seeking compensation of about €132,000 (US$176,000). This is just one of many lawsuits the OEM is facing, and one of the smaller ones, but continues the trend seen so far.
