US President Barack Obama will undoubtedly leave a legacy behind when he exits office in January 2017. One of the areas on which he has focused throughout his term is climate change, and in a recent plan for building a new transportation system, Obama hopes to enforce measures that will dramatically reduce carbon pollution and cut oil consumption.
