It's crunch time for Fiat's proposed reorganisation plan that would see its corporate headquarters relocated to the Netherlands, its financial base shifted to the UK and its primary stock listing in the US. The plan, part of the formation of the new combined Fiat Chrysler Automobiles operation, was approved by shareholders on 1 August, but is far from guaranteed.
