COMMENT: More fuel-efficient – but complex – truck diesels on the way

At the recent biennial Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) ‘Heavy-Duty Diesel Emissions Control’ conference in Gothenburg, it became clear that a further tightening of truck and bus Euro VI legislation on pollutant emissions and its EPA 2010 equivalent in North America is unlikely in the foreseeable future.
