Chrysler IPO set for Q1 2014

Fiat has said that it would "not be practicable" for Chrysler Group to launch an IPO before the end of this year, but that the move will likely come in the first quarter of 2014. It is clear to emphasise that this projected date is not set in stone: "No assurance can be given as to whether or when an offering will be launched as any launch will be subject to market conditions and other relevant considerations," a statement reads.
