General Motors is going where the growth is, and according to Chief Executive Mary Barra, it won't be through any merger with FCA. Speaking at the recent Barclays Global Automotive Brokers Conference, Barra touched on the variety of growth opportunities that the OEM was pursuing as well as those it definitely wasn't.
