France: PSA offers 3% pay rise

PSA Peugeot Citroen has proposed an overall 3% rise in pay in the latest round of labour talks. The OEM is offering a 1.7% pay rise for operators, administrative employees, technicians and supervisors, effective 1 March 2011. This would represent an average 2% gain for production operators.
