Portugal: Strike halts VW plant

Volkswagen’s Autoeuropa plant in Portugal was forced to halt operations on 24 November following strike action across the country, according to media reports. The plant makes up to 500 cars a day, rolling out  Volkswagen Sharan, SEAT Alhambra, Volkswagen Eos and Volkswagen Scirocco models.
