PCMA Rus has officially launched production at its new plant in Kaluga, Russia. The joint venture, owed 70% by PSA Peugeot Citroen and 30% by Mitsubishi, is located 180km southwest of Moscow. The partners have invested a total of €470m (US$625m) in the venture.
