Toyota’s lawyers and those filing lawsuits against the OEM for accelerator pedal problems have requested that the 200+ claims be heard as a single case, reports BBC. Toyota has recalled 8.5 million vehicles around the world recently, mostly due to sticking accelerator pedals.
The many individual cases include personal injury claims
