Estonia: Autoliv to acquire remainder of Norma

Autoliv has announced its intention to acquire all outstanding shares in its 51%-owned Estonian subsidiary Aktsiaselts Norma, thereby making the operation a wholly-owned group company. Norma provides automotive safety products, primarily for the Russian market. The operation had sales of €50m (US$68.1m) in 2009 and 600 employees.
