Japan: Toyoda Gosei lifts margins, ups forecasts

Toyoda Gosei has reported revenue of ¥138.6bn (US$1.53bn) in the quarter ended 31 December 2009, just slightly up from the ¥138.4bn reported in the same quarter of 2008, but operating profit between the two periods jumped to ¥11.6bn from ¥1.2bn, pushing the margin to 8.4% from 0.9%.
