Ever more people are suffering from allergies. Consequently, the sensitivity for clean air inside the vehicle has risen accordingly among health-conscious car drivers. Bosch thus offers the new FILTER+, a special cabin filter separating finest dusts and even rendering harmless allergens and bacteria.
At the new FILTER+ cabin filter, several filter layers ensure clean air inside the vehicle thus protecting the occupants’ health and increasing comfort. An activated-carbon layer neutralizes harmful and foul-smelling gases. The ultra-fine micro-fiber layer retains particles with a diameter of up to 2.5 micrometers and thus up to 99 percent of all fine dusts. An anti-allergy layer with a special molecular grid structure lastingly separates allergens and renders them harmless. In addition, silver ions within the anti-allergic layer kill bacteria. This filtration ensures the air inside the vehicle to be clean and free of smells. By reducing and preventing allergic reactions such as sneezing attacks, the new FILTER+ helps minimize driver distraction. Their concentration increases – and with it, road safety.

From June onwards, the new FILTER+ series will be available at the wholesalers and for all common car brands and types.
