Since October 2014 Rajiv has worked for Nomura Research Institute (NRI) as Partner. He leads the consulting practice and works with clients in the areas of growth strategy, scenario planning, innovation, M&A, due diligence, restructuring, performance improvement, operational excellence and organizational transformation.
He is currently leading the consulting practice across manufacturing, automotive, engineering, industrial and private equity.
Rajiv started his career at Andersen Consulting/Accenture. Rajiv also worked at Rico Auto Industries and Hollingsworth & Vose and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
