Honda is hoping to set a new Guinness World Record for fuel efficiency with its Civic Tourer in a test carried out in Europe, which is designed to challenge real-world fuel consumption among various OEMs and their models. The company says that if successful, the 1.6 i-DTEC engine found in the model will have “consistently outperformed its quoted fuel efficiency in real-world driving conditions.”
