FCA targets happy sales staff for healthy sales growth

Getting the right sales staff, and then keeping them contented, is taking on increasing importance in today's evolving retail scene. Towards this end, Fiat Chrysler Automobile US is offering dealership employees the chance to earn a college degree for free through Strayer University’s Degrees@Work programme. So far, FCA is the only automotive industry company to offer the programme. As John Fox, head of dealer training initiatives for FCA US, explained to Automotive World, the move offers benefits for both employees and the brand.
