Mazda has completed the roll-out of its revamped My Mazda platform across Europe for private owners of its vehicles. Highlights of the new edition, which consists of a website and free mobile app, include single sign-on access to all features, new vehicle and service information functions, and a sleeker design.

Now more convenient than ever, My Mazda helps owners keep track of service history while keeping up with regular vehicle servicing. Accessible either at the My Mazda website or on a mobile device via the My Mazda app, the platform brings together a wealth of information about a user’s vehicle. The platform works for any model listed in Mazda’s digital service record database, and owners of current generation models can also directly access operating manuals and product features videos.

Among other things, the My Mazda app offers integrated one-touch roadside assistance enabling drivers to request immediate on-site help. It also notifies owners of upcoming scheduled maintenance and can locate Mazda dealerships, including contact details, directions and an overview of the dealer’s services. My Mazda – via either the app or website – also lets users manage their own profiles, choosing how they want Mazda to contact them, or personalise their “My Cars” section with an image of their choice. Mazda plans to add more features in the coming months.

Anyone who privately owns a Mazda qualifies for a free account. Signing up is simple: Click the My Mazda button at the top-right of the Mazda website for your country and follow the instructions. The My Mazda app is available free of charge from the respective app stores for Apple- and Android-based smartphones and tablets.
