Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ALSN), the world’s largest manufacturer of fully-automatic transmissions for medium- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles and hybrid propulsion systems, announced today Fred Bohley will assume the role of Executive Director, Finance and Investor Relations. In this position, Mr. Bohley will manage Investor Relations activities including events organization, equity analyst monitoring, outsourced services oversight and presentations maintenance.
Fred holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a major in accounting and finance from Indiana University, Kelly School of Business. He began his career with Allison Transmission in 1991. Since then, he has succeeded in many roles at Allison including Director, International Marketing and Business Planning, Director of Latin American Operations and as a National Account Executive to name a few.
