General Motors has managed to bag an investment-grade credit rating from Standard & Poor's (S&P) even in the midst of its massive recall crisis. The agency has lifted its corporate credit rating on GM from 'BB+' to 'BBB-' and revised the outlook to stable from positive. It also raised the rating on GM Financial to 'BBB-' from 'BB'.
