Interview: Monali Shah, Director, Global Intelligent Transportation Solutions, HERE

With a growing focus on cleaner, safer and generally more efficient mobility, it is not just new cars that are becoming smart. The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) recently selected HERE as a provider of real-time traffic services, joining seven other US states along the east coast. The aim is to improve road safety and reduce traffic congestion in urban areas, which are becoming increasingly densely populated.
