The future of bus transit is pure electric, says Volvo

One of Volvo Buses’ primary goals is to bring pure electric buses into mainstream operation. The company has recently been furthering its hybrid electric bus operation in Europe, with eight being deployed in Stockholm and 28 in Budapest. However, its primary goal is to ensure all the markets in which it operates can move towards using pure electric buses.
