Ford flip-flops Farley/Odell in pursuit of continuity and acceleration

Nobody's getting sacked but Fields is shuffling executives in an effort to maintain continuity and accelerate Europe's turnaround.

Following a poor third-quarter result in Europe, Ford is looking to new leadership to turn around its struggling operations in the region. The company has now confirmed recent rumours and made it official - global marketing head Jim Farley is taking over the reins from Europe chief Stephen Odell.
