Werner Enterprises has fired a pessimistic shot across the bows of the North American trucking industry with its pre-announcement of third quarter earnings.
The company now expects earnings for the quarter ending 30 September 2013 to fall into the range of US$0.27-0.30 a share against analyst consensus of US$0.36 EPS.
