Toyota president Akio Toyoda has agreed to testify at a Congressional hearing on 24 February, concerning the company's massive recalls in the US. Toyoda was invited to testify by Congressman Edolphus Towns, the chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, the main investigative committee in the US House
