Nokian winter tyres have been winners in the winter tyre tests of important European car magazines for many years, for instance in Germany, Scandinavia and Russia. The tyres from Finland can therefore be considered as top-notch winter tyres. Nokian tyres were test winners 70 times or were among the test winner group, scoring “good” or “recommended” 51 times in 121 test reports from autumn 2011 to spring 2014 – in Central Europe alone. The Nokian WR is available from tyre retailers in 88 sizes, from 13 to 20 inches for the speed classes T to W (190 – 270 km/h). New this winter for the WR are eleven sizes from 16 to 20 inches.
