Germany/South Africa: Daimler executive update

Daimler has announced an executive reshuffle across some of its key Mercedes-Benz operations. As of 1 May 2011, Hansgeorg Niefer will take over as head of the Mercedes-Benz engine plant in Berlin, Germany. He is currently chief executive officer of Mercedes-Benz South Africa.
