Erik Van Duin, Manager Fleet & Subcontracting Beneluxm, TNT, has been confirmed as a speaker at Automotive World Megatrends Europe 14, taking place on September 10-11, 2014.
Erik van Duin, Manager Fleet & Subcontracting Benelux at TNT Express Benelux, has had this position since mid-2010.
In this role, Erik is responsible for the full operational management of all vehicles, transportation resources (road and warehouses) and to deploy, develop and implement policies in the areas of subcontracting. He leads a team of three employees.
Erik is also responsible to investigate the market for innovations related to vehicles, to test and potentially apply new technologies. Examples include on-board Telematics, alternative fuels, electric vehicles, city logistics and aerodynamics solutions.
Erik has worked since 2006 for TNT Express Benelux. As Regional Operations Manager he has extensive experience within logistics. This post he held before his appointment as Manager Fleet & Subcontracting Benelux.
