Renault, PSA quiet on Dongfeng implications

Renault is pushing ahead with plans for production in China in collaboration with Dongfeng, despite the swirling speculation of a capital tie up between its Chinese partner and its domestic rival PSA Peugeot Citroen. Renault is seemingly undeterred by the prospect of closer ties between its Chinese partner and its nearest rival back home in its push to play catch up in the lucrative Chinese market.
