Recall completion rates vary by segment, age and size

Vehicle recall rates are soaring to record highs, but remedy rates aren't keeping pace. J.D. Power estimates that in the US alone, there are more than 45 million vehicles that were the subject of safety recalls issued between 2013 and 2015 that are still un-remedied.
