Superb customer service need not be limited to luxury brands. That's the message from Kia, as it looks to enhance the showroom experience through the introduction of product specialists that can help with such areas as production presentations and test drives, but without any of the sales pressure frequently associated with retail employees. These Kia Geniuses borrow heavily from the likes of Apple and BMW in terms of function, as well as name, but notably, Kia marks the first mainstream car brand to adopt the programme.
