Isuzu and Toyota have announced plans to jointly develop and manufacture a new generation of fuel cell buses, with production scheduled to start in Japan during fiscal year 2026. The vehicles will be built by J-Bus, the 50:50 joint venture between Isuzu and Hino Motors, at its Utsunomiya plant in Tochigi Prefecture.
