IAC on capacity constraints – “There’s always room for manoeuvre”

As IAC has familiarised itself with new projects, its busy Elmdon 1 facility found new ways to improve

September 2015 saw International Automotive Components (IAC) dedicate new expansions at its Halewood and Elmdon plants in the UK. The new 12,500 sq-m facility at Elmdon, dubbed Elmdon 2, will help the Halewood plant meet demand for Land Rover Freelander and Discovery Sport interiors. The new facility will also supply Ellesmere Port with bumpers for Vauxhall’s new Astra.
