Paul Bostock, Senior Manager – Hybrids & Electrification Strategy & Attributes, Jaguar Land Rover, has been confirmed as a speaker at Automotive World Megatrends Europe 2014, taking place on September 10-11, 2014.
Mr. Paul Bostock has worked in Jaguar Land Rover for 24 years. He started his career in Electrical Engineering in various roles including power supply systems, electrical integration, networks design and concept architectures. Paul has also been involved with electrification projects for 17 years. In 2005, he became a founding member of the Jaguar Land Rover hybrid engineering group with responsibilities for systems design. More recently, he has been appointed as Senior Manager responsible for strategy and advanced vehicle engineering in the Hybrids and Electrification Engineering department.
Bostock has a BSc honours and MBA from the UK’s Open University. He is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the UK’s Institute of Engineering and Technology.
Bostock will join other stakeholder panelists in Stream 1: Powertrain Innovation, which will focus on the key breakthroughs in light vehicle powertrain technology that will lead to greater fuel economy and emissions reduction. His presentation is entitled ‘Post 2020 Challenges for Premium Electrified Vehicles.’
