The new Robot SMART5 NJ60 is a solution that perfectly suits machine tools enslavement, handling, burring, polishing and cutting, whereas the lower overall weight and the good path control result in higher speed and reduced cycle time. The SMART5 NJ60 has been developed to offer top range performances both in terms of payload, speed, acceleration, cycle time and operations.
The Comau Spot Welding Machine is a light and compact solution for welding cells and stations marked by energy efficiency and productivity, an integrated system composed of a welding gun with the flange connected directly to the robot without the need for any adapter kit. The Spot Welding Machine allows the realization of new high density cells and isles which means higher energy efficiency, reduction of operative costs and cycle time. The Spot Welding Machine can also be installed on the ceiling, consequently revolutionizing the visual logic of production. The cell can be transported and installed whole throughout the world, achieving optimal modularity and standardisation of operational processes.
