Requirements for vehicle safety are set to change significantly in the next few years, meaning that OEMs in all regions need to up their game to receive the top scores on safety tests from New Car Assessment Programmes (NCAP).
In Europe, Euro NCAP believes that the region still has a long way to go to reduce casualties on its roads. The agency recently released its 2020 Roadmap to determine the best strategies and focus areas going forwards to further reinforce vehicle safety.
