Tier 2 suppliers building better relationships with OEMs

In an effort to recognise suppliers that have demonstrated ‘quality excellence’, General Motors has been awarding not only major Tier 1 suppliers, but also Tier 2 suppliers. The GM Supplier Quality Excellence Award is focused on improving collaboration with suppliers, a trend that is becoming increasingly present within global supply chains.
